Shipping Policy (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

This Shipping Policy should be read alongside our Returns & Refunds Policy and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


 

1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 1 business day

  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched


 

2. Delivery Methods & Times

We offer the following UK delivery options (availability and pricing shown at checkout):

  • Standard Delivery

  • Express Delivery

  • Signed-For / Special Delivery (where applicable)

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees.


 

3. Delivery Responsibility

Under UK consumer law, we remain responsible for your order until it is delivered to you at the agreed delivery address.

If your order is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Delivered to the wrong address

  • Damaged before delivery

Please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


4. Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • Some deliveries may require a signature

  • If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, the courier may leave a card or hold the parcel at a local depot

  • If an item is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details provided by the customer, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.


 

5. Cancelling an Order

Before Dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel it.

After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched, you still have the legal right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

  • You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods

  • After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to return the goods

6. Refund of Delivery Charges

If you cancel your order within your statutory cancellation period:

  • We will refund the standard delivery charge (if paid)

  • Any optional delivery upgrades (such as express or special delivery) are not refundable


 

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
