Returns & Refunds Policy (UK)

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


 

1. Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without giving a reason.

How the cancellation period works

  • The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods

  • To cancel, you must clearly inform us of your decision (by email, phone, or chat)

  • Once cancelled, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us


 

2. Condition of Returned Items (Change of Mind)

You may open the packaging and inspect the item as you would in a shop.

You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Returns will not be refused solely because packaging has been opened.


 

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Once we receive the returned goods (or proof of return), we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Your refund will include:

  • The full price of the item

  • The standard delivery cost (if paid)

We do not charge:

  • Restocking fees

  • Administration fees

  • Handling fees

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Optional delivery upgrades (e.g. express shipping) are not refundable.


 

4. Return Shipping Costs (Change of Mind)

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning goods when cancelling for a change of mind

  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage


 

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Goods

Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Within 30 days of delivery

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement, if you prefer

After 30 days

You may be entitled to:

  • A repair or replacement

  • A partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

Faults reported within the first 6 months are presumed to have existed at delivery unless proven otherwise.


 

6. Return Shipping for Faulty Items

  • We will cover or reimburse reasonable return postage costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Please contact us before returning so we can arrange this


 

7. Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased in a sale or with a discount:

  • Have the same rights as full-price items

  • Are eligible for cancellation, refunds, and fault remedies under UK law


 

8. Items Not Eligible for Return

Any exclusions (for example, hygiene-sealed items once unsealed) will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase, in line with UK law.


 

9. Refund Processing Times

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the funds
