RefurbishedMobilePhone.co.uk is an online platform that connects Customers with third-party Sellers who list and sell products through our Marketplace.

We operate as an intermediary marketplace. When you purchase goods from this website, your contract is with the Seller of those goods, unless we explicitly state otherwise.

3. Contract Formation

By placing an order, you make an offer to buy the products listed. A contract is formed only when:

• Your payment has been successfully processed, and

• We (or the Seller) dispatch the goods to you.

You will receive an email confirming dispatch. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order.

4. Distance Selling and Consumer Rights

For Customers resident in the United Kingdom:

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, and have a further 14 days from that point to return the goods.
This right is provided under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include any applicable VAT where indicated at checkout.

• Payment must be made in full before an order can be accepted.

• We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
You remain responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
